Framework for rural exception sites and small scale development in the Green Belt, under very special circumstances.
Approximately three quarters of the site is within Taplow Parish (where Rural Exception Policies apply) and one quarter
of the site within Burnham Parish. The entire land parcel is within designated Green Belt but with no defensible boundary.
The buildings are constructed as timber framed inner leaf and external brickwork which allowed the development to be built quite rapid All the houses were designed to minimise internal noise from passing railway traffic. Mechanical ventilation was provided in all habitable rooms to avoid opening windows.
