Peter Thomas B.A. (Hons), Dip Arch, RIBA
Peter joined the practice as a director in 2004, having previously worked with Terry in the 1980’s. Peter worked in the Far East for 10 years. He specialises in datacentres, but has experience over a broad range of projects, from educational and community facilities, mixed-use developments, to contemporary house extensions. He has a keen interest in food, wine and travel.
Pawel Czarnomski RIBA
Pawel is a Polish trained Architect with UK qualifications. He is a talented designer, being one of our most indispensable members of staff since joining us in 2007, he was appointed as a director in 2014.
Pawel specialises in BIM and has recently overseen the regeneration of part of Maidenhead Town Centre. Pawel has a wide variety of interests including athletics, hiking, gardening and wearing his two boys out.
Sarah is the Office manager who is responsible for dealing with the administration and accounting matters of the practice.
Sarah also bakes cakes to die for…..
Ed Drysdale B.A. (Hons), M.Arch, PG Dip, RIBA
Ed is one of the practice’s dynamic new directors, focusing in residential developments and strategic land opportunities. Having originally joined TPA as a student in 2011, Ed became full time in 2014 and a director in 2020. His interests includes fitness training, DIY, and consuming the wonderful food produced by his fiancé and co-director, Natasha.
Natasha Gandhi (Tash) B.A. (Hons), M.Arch, PG Dip, RIBA
Natasha and Ed qualified together at the University of Westminster, Tash joining TPA in late 2014. After proving herself as one of the firm’s most valuable assets has become a director in 2020. Tash has a keen interest in historic buildings and Conservation Architecture, as well as the office quality management. Outside of work Tash is a talented cook and produces a food blog.
Terry Platt B.Sc. (Hons), Dip.Arch, RIBA MA(Harvard) CMLI
Terry is the founding director of TP Architects, establishing the company in 1997. He is qualified as both an Architect and as a Landscape Architect. Terry, who has vast expertise in planning, is now in the process of handing over the batten to the younger directors in the practice, reducing his day-to-day managerial involvement, focusing on becoming a consultant. He will now have more time to indulge in his passion for Travel.
Dave Cox ARB
Dave is an Architect with 12 years’ experience who joined the practice in 2016. Dave works mostly on educational projects, but has experience in Master Planning. He spends his spare time learning the guitar and playing with his young children. Dave is also a talented photographer.
Barry Watts is a senior architectural technologist, who has been with the practice since 1997. Barry has immense experience and is established as the ‘go to’ guru in the office for regulatory and technical advice.
Barry is also a capable handy man and mechanic, spending most of his time fixing various things for his (adult) children!
Floro is an architectural CAD draftsman who has been with us since 2007. Floro is a wizard on REVIT!
Sujata Sharma (Suj) ARB
Sujata is an experienced Architect who has joined TPA in 2008.
Suj, is the life of the office and is a keen gardener in her spare time.
Tony Compton RIBA
TPA took over Tony’s practice Compton Lacey in 2011. Tony, who is still active within the practice, is
an experienced architect, having run his own practice for in excess of 30 years. Tony has a passion
for rowing and specialises in designing facilities for local clubs.
Graham Gray CIAT
Graham is an experienced architectural technologist who joined TPA in 2005, after working as Property Development Manager for the Salvation Army. Graham specialises in Party Wall Surveys and CDM Regulations.
Graham retains an active interest in the Salvation Army where he is Choir Master at the Maidenhead Citadel.
Gareth Van Loggerenberg
Gareth, who recently joined the office, is an architectural technician training part time to become an Architect. He is very talented with 3D visualisations, both still and walk through’s and by all accounts, playing golf as well.
Katie is in the final year of her Bachelor’s Architecture degree at the University of Newcastle. Katie is a very bright and enthusiastic student, who assists the practice during the university breaks.
Ingrid Fearnehough ARB
Ingrid is an Architect who has worked for TPA for a number of years. Now, as a mum, she provides us with assistance on a freelance basis.
Georgia Thomas BA (Hons)
Georgia is in the final year of the architectural post graduate course in Bristol. Georgia is very creative and lends a hand, when she is available.
